Making a purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.  It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.   In the case of a change of price, we always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Cards:

We accept all Visa, Visa Debit, and MasterCard payments.

Credit Card Security:

All online credit cards payments are processed by our payment provider Sagepay.  No details are stored on our website offering complete security.

Delivery Schedule:

We will inform you of a delivery date upon payment of the order.


Whilst every effort is made to guarantee the goods you receive are of a high quality and in perfect condition.  Should, however, you not be totally satisfied with the product or the product is broken or damaged on arrival you must report it to us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 


You have 14 Calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item MUST be in the original packaging, and you will need to return with your receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will issue you with a credit note within 14 days of receiving your returned item. You will receive a code via e-mail to use online for your next purchase to the same value of the returned item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please notify us immediately with a photograph of the damaged item and proof of purchase. We will then contact you should you need to return the damaged item. We will issue a full refund along with the shipping costs of the returned item to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of receiving it.

Shipment Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or deliverd on weekends or  bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow at least 3-5 additional working days in transit for delivery. If there is likely to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Next day delivery is not available from the Channel Islands. Delivery delays can occasional occur due to weather or other situations outside of our control.

We currently only ship to the Channel Islands and UK if you need a price for delivery outside of the UK please contact us either by e-mail or telephone.
